Things are going so fast that we don’t even have a chance to see a home before it is under contract. 😟 They need a home that is approx. 30-35 mins from Mount Joy in York or Lancaster counties (they don’t want to live in Lancaster City). 🏠 3+ bedrooms 🛌with finished basement or 4+ without the fin. basement, 1.5+ baths 🛁, 1500+ sq ft. Good condition. Prefer detached, but will consider semi-detached or townhouse with room for kids to play. 🤸‍♂️🚴‍♂️ They are looking under $170,000 💵.
